Just thought I would pass on info about good people and good things!

Musicians: 
  • Lady Nell's Life Songs (Renelle West).  Read a daily story about the life of my dear friend or listen to her music.  Renelle is my fabulous music teacher, so if you want to learn to sing better, contact her!
  • Dan Keenen.  Listen to Dan's enchanting music.  Dan produced my first CD of Flute Music and recently produced a tribute to the Shuttle program, which I will link later.
Health and Energy:
  • Appleseed Health Foods in Rockledge.  They are the best! Renee taught me how to make coconut butter cookies to help boost my thyroid!
  • Monaive Emv Energy Drink   Jeanette Banta gave me one of these about a year and a half ago and saved me when I had to start coming to work earlier.  I drink one every day now!  You can e-mail Jeanette if you want some:  jmb4655@aol.com
